Linda Crowther, Senior Co-ordinator I have been Senior Co-ordinator at Home-Start since December 2004. Having children of my own I can relate to the stresses of parenting, but hopefully also help parents to see that there is a great deal of pleasure to be found in being a mum too! I am very proud to be involved with a wonderful team of staff and volunteers that work very hard to improve the lives of Calderdale children.

Sanham Aurangzeb, BME Co-ordinator I joined the Home-Start team in June 2010, and my role is specifically to work with the local Ethnic Minority communities in Calderdale. I have direct and in-depth experience of working with families, children and young people. I have worked as a Family Support Worker for the last 6 years. I am looking forward to supporting the scheme and making a difference! I live in Halifax with my partner and 2 children.

Samantha Gallagher, Co-ordinator for Central Halifax I've been the Co-ordinator for Pellon/West Central Halifax since May 2007. Previous to this I was a Home-Start volunteer for almost three years and so was thrilled to get the post as Co-ordinator. I love the job as I get to meet loads of different people from all walks of life and hopefully help make a difference. I live in Halifax with my partner, two children, the dog and 2 guinea pigs.

Faye Herbert, Co-ordinator for North East Halifax I started working for Home-Start in September 2007. Previous to this I was a volunteer and completed a two year placement in the office for my degree. Before any of this I was a full time mum to my three children, giving me plenty of parenting experience to bring to the job!

Gail Lumb, Office Manager I have been working in the office at Home-Start since October 2003. It has been a pleasure meeting such a wealth of amazing volunteers throughout the years. I rarely get to meet the families supported, so when volunteers pop into the office, it is always great to hear stories of how they are helping out.

Charlie Johnston, Co-ordinator for the Upper Valley I started working for Home-Start in August 2006, having spent the last ten years working for local charities... Which means I fully understand the headache that is annual funding, marketing with a zero budget and the ever present joy of not-enough-staff-for-the-work-needing-done! I live in Hebden Bridge with my partner and our two children.
